The questions we get asked most before an order is placed.
Will the branding peel or scratch off?
No. The print is fused into the surface of the product rather than applied on top, so there is nothing to peel, lift or bubble. The finish is scratch resistant and made for daily use.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No minimums. We print one custom piece or a run of hundreds with the same quality — ideal for once-off gifts as well as bulk corporate orders.
Can you print in full colour on dark products?
Yes. We achieve full-colour, photographic results on black and dark products, curved flasks, bottles and irregular shapes that most branding methods can't handle.
How long does an order take?
Standard turnaround is typically 5–10 working days from artwork approval and payment, depending on product and quantity. Rush orders can be discussed.
Can I supply my own products?
Yes. You can bring your own products or ask us to source them for you. We help match the branding method to the material so the result lasts.
What artwork do you need?
Artwork is best supplied as PDF, PNG or any vector format. If design work needs to be created for you, it is quoted separately from the branding.
